Customer sues store after she injures herself in slip and fall

One of the major safety protocols that you probably don't think about that much, or even really notice, is the constant watch that stores must be on -- and the action they must take -- for dangerous conditions, slippery surfaces and other things that could pose a risk to any patrons or customers on their premises. part of this duty is visible in the form of those yellow safety cones that you see on the ground, warning people that you could slip and fall if you don't avoid the dangerous condition.

But sometimes stores aren't particularly ardent in their patrols for dangerous conditions. Or maybe an employee failed to recognize a spill he or she should deal with. Or maybe the company or its employees willfully ignored clearly dangerous conditions at their store. These circumstances can lead to innocent customers suffering life-altering injuries.

And it is here where we take a look at an unfortunate slip and fall case where a woman entered a grocery store and eventually suffered serious harm because the store failed to uphold a safe premises. She slipped on an "unknown substance" and suffered back injuries, leg injuries and mental anguish as a result of the incident.

The woman has filed a lawsuit against the grocery store. She seeks damages for a number of things, including lost wages, medical expenses, and pain and suffering. This is not uncommon in the wake of a slip and fall incident, and if the allegations are true, hopefully the woman gets the justice she deserves.
